I specialize in Relationships; our relationship with ourselves and our relationship with others. I help clients facilitate healthy connections whether that is to strengthen them or reveal the gaps within them. I have a particular passion for working with Couples to help them address conflicts such as communication, sexuality (LGBTQ), sexual trauma, anxiety, past relationship trauma, lack of intimacy, coping skills, relationship transitions, polyamory, infidelity, depression, and emotional regulation. In my work, I provide a space for vulnerability & understanding that allows these connections to foster change. We'll collaborate to make a plan that fits your specific needs.

The transitions in relationships when inviting new life in is a passion I have been called upon to answer. For Pregnant and Postpartum Women, that is such a special and precious time that can also uproot your mind, body, and spirit. Support is necessary to find your balance again and I can help guide you through your journey of Motherhood. For the Polyamorous and Ethically Nonmonogamous community, I can offer you a safe space to navigate the challenges of connecting with multiple people as well as insight into the culture and community. Let us work together to understand yourself and your connections. I am also Queer, Sex Positive, and Kink/BDSM friendly. I only facilitate individual therapy.​​​​​​
