I specialize in couples work because I believe connections are the foundation for healthy relationships; healthy relationships are the foundation for the family; healthy Black families create healthy Black communities, and healthy Black communities are what I want to create. I have a particular passion for working with couples to help them address conflicts such as communication, sexuality (LGBTQ), sexual trauma, anxiety, past relationship trauma, lack of intimacy, coping skills, relationship transitions, polyamory, infidelity, depression, and emotional regulation. In my work, I provide a space for vulnerability & understanding that allows these connections to foster change. We'll collaborate to make a plan that fits your specific needs.
